The Horra Coalition organized a seminar entitled “Marital Shared Wealth,” with the participation of the Bahrain Women’s Union and Tafaوق Consulting Center for Development from the Kingdom of Bahrain, alongside the Egyptian Association of Women Lawyers and the Egyptian Foundation for Women's Development from the Arab Republic of Egypt. The seminar was held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, via Zoom.
The seminar addressed the issue of shared wealth between spouses as a topic closely related to women's economic rights and family affairs. It provided an opportunity for the participating women's and human rights organizations from Bahrain and Egypt to exchange views and experiences and highlight the legal and social dimensions of this issue.
The seminar also underscored the importance of cooperation and coordination between organizations working on women's issues in both countries, as well as promoting dialogue on women's financial rights. These efforts aim to raise public awareness of issues related to justice and equality in economic rights.
