The issue of the suspended poems… where to now?

The Tafawuq Consulting Center for Development, in partnership with Bahrain Women Union, organized a dialogue session entitled "The Case of the Suspended Women... Where To?" at 6:30 PM on Monday, February 2, 2026, in the Al-Ayyam newspaper hall in the Janabiyah area.

The speakers at the session included lawyer Hassan Ismail, lawyer Abdullah Al-Shamlawi, and Ms. Fatima Aqeel, while the session was moderated by Ms. Maryam Al-Ruwaiei.

The session was attended by a number of members of parliament, representatives of the Supreme Council for Women, a group of lawyers, several affected women, members of women's associations, and those interested in family and community issues.
