The union participates in the eleventh Working Women's Conference

A delegation from the Bahrain Women’s Union, consisting of Dr. Sumaya Al-Jowder, President of the Union, Ms. Ramla Jawad, Financial Secretary, and Ms. Afra Suroor, Board Member, attended the Eleventh Working Women’s Conference, which was organized by the General Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions in cooperation with the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions, under the title (The Future of Working Women in the Industrial Sector) on December 2 and 3, 2025.

Dr. Sumaya Al-Jowder, President of the Union, participated as a speaker in the first session of this conference, which was entitled “The Future of Working Women in the Industrial Sector,” focusing on unemployment and job opportunities in the industrial sector.
