Statement on the Occasion of Bahraini Women’s Day 2025 "Excellence, Creativity, Innovation"

On Bahraini Women’s Day, observed annually on the 1st of December, we proudly celebrate the remarkable achievements of women across all fields of life. We also honor the inspiring journey led by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women.

This year’s theme, “Excellence, Creativity, Innovation,” reflects a transformative shift in the role of Bahraini women—from active participants to pioneering leaders. Bahraini women have proven their excellence in science, the arts, economy, technology, and entrepreneurship, and have contributed significantly to sustainable national development.

Since its establishment in 2006, the Bahrain Women’s Union has been committed to advancing the status of Bahraini women, ensuring their equal and active participation in sustainable development, and promoting awareness of their constitutional and legal rights.

 On this special day, we reaffirm our pride in the women of Bahrain and renew our commitment to fostering an environment that nurtures their talents and opens paths for innovation and distinction—paving the way toward a more prosperous future for our Kingdom.
